Brian Fyall - Construction Partner

Brian brings 32 years of diverse experience as architect, contractor and owner’s representative to his role at Lorax Partners. The Lorax Partnership of seasoned Developer with seasoned Contractor is unique in the development industry and is rooted in the belief that truly exceptional projects necessitate diverse knowledge of the development team in all disciplines of the creative process.

Brian brings his architectural background to every project, nicely complementing his design-build approach to construction. Brian will oversee the construction process from the developer’s chair, balancing fine design with efficient construction and sustainable methodologies from the outset. This in-house integration between developer and contractor allows for the optimal flow of ideas, goals and budgets for success.

Challenging, diverse projects like the Union Station Office Campus, the 5th and Madison Condo Tower, the rehab of the Bank of California Tower (all in Seattle), as well as the mixed-use Bremerton Harborside project and the Kitsap Credit Union Headquarters all benefited from his construction leadership and diligent passion to build unique “spaces".
